Diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at 49 during perimenopause, I understand the unique struggles we face — from managing energy and focus to navigating the emotional ups and downs of this stage of life.
As a busy twin mom and homeschooler, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to make time for fitness amid a hectic schedule. My own journey included battling weight and yo-yo dieting for over 30 years — until I discovered sustainable tools and strategies that helped me lose 100 pounds and keep it off. Now, I’m here to share the same strategies that transformed my life with women like you.
